Pink Strawberry Dalgona
The trendy Dalgona Coffee is an easy and beautiful whipped iced coffee that recently graced all of our social media feeds. The pink version of this famous drink is even more visually appealing, yet just as delicious and simple to make as the original.
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream (for a vegan alternative use coconut cream)
- 1-2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons of powdered freeze-dried strawberries (or easily substitute with any powdered strawberry milk)
- 1 cup of milk (for a vegan alternative use almond milk)
- Ice cubes
Using a hand mixer, on high speed beat the whipping cream until it reaches stiff peaks (about 5 minutes).
Add the sugar and the freeze-dried strawberries and beat at low speed until incorporated. Beat a few more minutes until glossy.
Fill a glass with 3-4 ice cubes and milk until it’s about ¾ full.
Top with your strawberry whipped cream and enjoy with a straw.

French Toast Sticks
- White Bread
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ⅓ cup white sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp butter
- Maple syrup or honey to serve (optional)
Slice the bread into 2/3” thick slices and cut each slice into 3 sticks.
Combine the milk, eggs, and salt in a bowl.
Combine the cinnamon and sugar on a plate.
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Roll the sticks of bread in the egg mixture and place them in the pan, turning to cook each side until golden.
Transfer the sticks to the plate with the cinnamon sugar to coat them. Serve on one of our festive Christmas dinner sets for a sumptuous holiday meal.
